I purchased this a while back. I didn't write a review at the time since I wanted to get a feel for the product prior to reviewing it. I have to say, this is one of the best cases I have ever purchased. It's easy to hold due to its silicone siding which is pretty much non-skid and it's easy to clean if you need to clean it. I just wished it was slimmer where I can place a magnetic disk under the case to use with magnetic phone holders. As for the protection, assuming you also have a durable glass screen protector, this case is awesome. I'm a cluts and have dropped my phone a dozen times since i've been using this case and no damage to the phone or case. Just a slight crack in my protective glass screen protector. That was only because the corner of the phone bounced off the cement floor when I dropped it and landed on metal floor box outlet. This case was built to absorb shocks when dropped and it definitely does. It's very well made and the designer did a great job designing it by using a two piece hard/ soft method. It's also easy to plug into a charging cable and pretty water resistant.
