This is a wonderful product. The taste is light and dry for a non-alcoholic sparkling juice. I'd had something like it many years ago--also a product of France--and have not encountered anything similar since. Most of the sparkling ciders and juices made domestically or in Spain are too sweet. These are delicious. Have only tried the pear, but hope to try the other flavors as well.
